Daniel... actually it fit together pretty good. The only areas I had problems is the wing assembly didn't want to mate up tightly at the trailing edge when I attached it to the fuselage, had to fiddle a bit to get it in.
That and it's a bit tricky on the dash-2 getting the landing gear to sit right. a little trimming and the sort gets it right in the spot though. I didn't have that problem with the gear on either of my dash-5's, so I am thinking they changed something on it by time they got to that mold?
other than that the body fits together great... if you use Ambroids or Tenax and the link you can get the fuselage where you'll have
very minimal sanding... (going an inch at a time and aligning the sides as you go)
The only other part is my problem as I have rather large hands... it was a bit hard to get the gunners seat in, took me about 3 or 4 tries till I got close enough to the slots to nudge it in with a toothpick...
but the fact that the entire rest of the kit goes together so well is good enough to make you forget all the rest!!!!!
