Hey all!!! I guess my Firefly kit is being held up due to Katrina's effects. I'm going ahead with the M-36B1.I've got the suspension done and will be working on the rest this weekend. I'm making my own barrel just for the fun of it.If the technique works I may do it for all my builds of barrels w/o muzzle brakes. Talk to ya soon.

i'm still at the point i need to put the tracks together..... sounds like something to do while watching football, huh? although the Tamiya Jumbo tracks would work so I'm contemplating ordering them just to save time.

Hi all!!! Thought I'd post a progress pict. I'm doing the M36B1 since my Firefly is somewhere down south. I'm doing some creative gizmology inside the turret.Using ref picts I raided the parts box to simulate the goodies inside.Mainly I just wanted to show stuff in there.Actually it's pretty close, just the equiptment is McGivered up.

The barrel is home made...just because I wanted to see if I could. I still need to add the details to the exterior of the turret. This has been alot of fun so far. It'll be in a dio for a M36B1 in Germany Feb '45. I got a great pict to go from so she'll be all geared up!!

Howdy all.Looks like no one's been here for awhile.Anyway here's the latest pcts. of the M36B1.I still need to add the ammo boxes for the MG's but the primer needs to cure a couple days anyway.
