Young Guns GB #3- Must be under 18!!!

More progress on my tasca luchs base. Added more grass and some more water. still more grass to add and some ripples in the water. Comments and criticism welcome.

i can work something with the badge again.  i didnt think of it before...

reb, add some random patches of grass by hand, insteqad of in the clumps.  it will make it look a little less planted.  otherwise, the base looks great.

What do you mean gringe?  If mean one strand of grass added around, Im not sure that will work, I dont think they would stand up.

Yg, that sucks. My report card is going to have all C's and a B in History. As far as I know, I dont have any punishments coming. (Ya I'm a slacker)

Im gettin an A in AP history. Its my easiest class,dont have to really study.  Algebra 2 though, some stuff is easy like dividing polynomials but then factoring polynomials,

well, im back, i guess, it seemed like a long while, i had to study for stupid finals, but now they are over and i have a 5 day weekend...it was wierd the test i thought would be the easiest was kinda hard and the test i thought was gonna by very hard (AP Us history) was pretty easy!

in light of the latter...no progress here

reb, to make it seem that there arent uniform clumps of grass id spread out the grass, just press it down a little to make it spread out, so the roots are not visible, and just the tops.......but i see its coming along great!! cant wait to see it finnished!

I have already done that. They just aren't foliding out like I thought they would.

just to note, i bombed all my mid-terms.  it sucks.  nuff said....

reb. i dont mean individual blades, but clumps, with your fingers.  becase you already have patches that are secrue they will support the new grass, and once it has dried a little on the base, you can even adjust the way they bend.  i did it with my pz.38 base.  just cut some off, grap it with your hand, and touch it down.  shud work fine

alright, try this on for size.  i cut out the speech bubble, and enlarged it a bit.  see if its easier to read now in the small size(reb)....

its like impossible to fail the ap us history final, cuz of the massive AP curve...me n my friend added it up and to get an 89% u just need to get 48/80 ?s right! thats amazing!

we had our german test on the internet (our teacher typed one out) so we got our results instantly i got a 78% yay?! i still got the second best grade in the class! das ist spitze!!

i think here in chicago we effectively killed off winter with our global warming....today the temp was 55!!!!! jeez in january!!!! -DJ

today, scraped some more paint off the deck of the Cole, idk im goin really slow on both my projects, all i did today was eat cookies (mmmm) and play Call of duty: Big Red One.....ugh

at least it snowed today! (a little) that or a pillow factury blew up.....its weird, just in the month of january we had it snow, rain, spring weather, and fall-ish weather.....MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!!

haha, well seeing where I live, that would be the bull riding.

I have made very little progress lately. I was really busy with finals. Got an A on my chemistry final. Still trying to figure that one out.

So DJ, have you stopped working on your dio to work on the cole?

i remeber service hours.....i just made my parents sign the slips when i ""helped"" ($$) at our video store....but that was in 8th grade now its optional, i got 120 hrs so far (from the poland trip, where i "taught" kids)

reb- i havent STOPPED the 251, i more like deviated from it to the cole which is goin easier, and faster, and bsides i only have the sdkfz251 for this GB, the dio would take me too long to finnish..

good news here, started a new semester and we are starting WWII in history. That should be an easy A.

i think i just made more work for myself, i decided to play some football down here in the basement and well....to make a long stroy short... the wide reciever didnt complete the pass, and smashed right into the superstructure of the cole...amazingly, not much fell off, but its still extra work....whew

dang already at WWII?? im still on industrialization with Rockefeller and labor strikes n all....the civil war was an easy A for me (and i dont know that much about it) .....thank you history channel, but WWI and II are gonna be easy fo me.

the only final i did bad on was german (88% with the speaking, and the horible written) "ich kann nicht good deutsch speakin"- its probably cuz all i do is speak polish with my friend (gets every1 mad cuz they dunno what we're talkin about) all my other finals were pretty good (around the 91-93 area)

ya already WWII. Unfortunately we started after the Civil War. Kinda hard to teach a US history class when they dont even bother with the Revolution, War of 1812, Civil war, Mexican war, War for Texas independece. We skipped a hug gap that really founded our country. Maybe by doing this though, we will learn more about the cold war (a subject I find myself more into every day). We spent about a week on WWI too, because we were "behind".

I got an offer to be an American exchanged student to Germany. I think it would be pretty cool but I wouldln't really want to go to their schools even If I'm not getting a grade. I cant really speak german but hey, everybody there speaks english. I'm not going though, would be cool but it would be too wierd to live with another family you dont know.

anyways, not much progress around here lately. I started working on my Tamiya 1/35 Marder II. Almost done with construction on that.
