well we're technically done june 12, but we have finals after that and then regents. I only have 1 final and 1 regents so it's not that bad though.

.....back to modeling.....

i've been working on the one german's arm for the time.  i'm scratching it out of a styrene rod and some squadron putty.  its coming but the putty keeps hardening up before I can get it afixed correctly and then it just falls off when I'm working with it.  i put on a good application last time though, tso it should be ready soon.  this bunker has been taking me way too, too long......

at least you've been working on something.

I cracked open my dml 251/10 3 in 1 kit to try and get me building again. Boy did I pick the wrong kit. The directions are horrible and lots of small parts. I may not get very far on it before I lose intrest. Sigh [sigh]

Feel the same way about mine, I have opened it five times and all five times it went back to the closet. Goes for the 3 in 1 Tiger also.

well good news for me and modeling. I started work on the DML 251/10 3 in 1 kit. I am so far enjoying the kit (except for the beginnign steps)  Its been awhile since I have even touched my model desk or a kit. It feels good.

i too have managed to get some work done...

well, i glued some stowage on and i fixed up some paint (yes my paints are dry, but to the point that they CAN be saved!)

and that couldnt have happened if i didnt clean off my desk.....YEA RIGHT!!! i wanted to do SOME work, but i didnt wanna clean off my desk, so i just built a new desk above my old one!!!! I AM THE SMARTEST MAN ALIVE!!!! ( i just put two 1 gallon paint buckets on either end of my desk and put a huge piece of plywood on top of them, now my desk is clean, higher up and about a foot longer on either side!

haha thats great! The worst I ever did was build on three different desks. My model desk, a computer desk and my desk in my room, 3 models, 3 messes.

no offense man, but i think germany takes it.

CRAP. I was in orlando for 4 days for school competition (and some disney world :) ) but my %##$%@$%@%# math chair person isn't letting me and my firends take the final on a later date. SO WE HAVE TO TAKE IT TOMORROW and we haven't had any time to study. crap.

its ok tanky....math is easy, well if ur takin algebra 2, i didnt even study for my exam and i think i did awesome

and u were right....germany won, i just knew they would, but im an optimist, and now that poland has absolutely NO chance of advancing....ill just root for germany, but we put up a good fight and im proud but the krauts snuck a goal in at the last moment

got back from a trip to Gettysburg yesterday.  my AP history teacher put it on.  bunch of us went.  the tour was ok but our teacher was nuts.  he had us march, in column around the battlefield, with what amounted to a piece of piping stuck with a piece of wood for 'muskets'.  it was *********......to say the least.  we got some good laughs out of it though.  we were ripping on him the entire time.

got back my SATII scores a few days ago.  i did alright in lit and math.  i destroyed the US History exam though.  800 baby.  no way you can beat that, literally!Wink [;)]
