Nice job Postman. Really nice job! How is the build? I've thought about getting that one but haven't have the dough yet.

Thanks, Ron. Glad you enjoyed it. Overall, it's a really good kit. The trailer is reinforced with small steel strips and screws, so don't worry about bowing the trailer with a "heavy" load. All of the recovery equipment is workable (winches, ramps, drawbar). It would be great for some sort of recovery diorama as its so versatile. I chose not to get carried away and built an "in transit" load, instead. The few things I found lacking were minor details - mostly in the cab interior. I also didn't like the look of the "wood" chock blocks, rub rails, etc. so I made my own out of balsa wood instead.

I got this kit from Hobbyland an sale for around $80. Hobbyland seems to have better pricing on the big stuff -I bought the Leopold Railroad Gun from them also.
