Hello guys, I am 16, and I am interested in joining this. How does this work? I started on a Starfix (lol, I know) 1/72 BF-109E, would that count? How do I prove it's done? All that's left to do is glue the canopy, LG, tail wheel, and prop on, in addition to decals and rigging, with a little bit of detail painting, too.

OK, it's going to stink pretty bad, as it is a newbie effort and a bad kit with no cockpit. Is that alright? And the pics have to be on photobucket, right?

Photobucket is the best to use IMO. one thing though, the build stared on sept 1st. If your build was sarted before that date then it wont count. But you can join in with a different unstarted build.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and life getting in the way, I am unable to finish the build on time. So I am dropping out of the build.

My Panther's turret is pretty much done now.  With school though.... I don't seem to be getting much done.  Sorry you had to drop out FrogFoot.  I *should* have pics up tomorrow.  It's taken 3 years of convincing but we finally have high-speed.  Big Smile [:D]

Here's my Panther so far.  The texture is Mr. surfacer and I scratched the mantle rain guard (plastic was waaaay to thick)  I still have to sand smooth the area in the first pic and fill the seam.

Well if its alright rebelreenactor I could join back with some half painted Evangelion figures if thats alright. I should be able to have those done on time, since theres not much work to painting.

Oh yeah and Fletcher your Panther looks great.

ok, back on the modeling subject...

Im gonna change my build to a 105mm gun dio. I've been wanting to do the scene in BOB where they take out the German 105's on Dday for some time. I was going to wait but I figured with nats coming up it would fit perfectly into the "movie scenes" catagory.

I've got the 105 and hope to get it built fairly fast. there aren't too many pieces but lots of the pieces are really small. I want to spend most of my time on the figs and groundwork.
