A little bit of slipknot for Rudy???

I used to listen to them (especially Pulse of the Maggots) when I was building models.  Now everytime I hear that song, I always smell the smell of glue and paint.  It is odd how the senses are connected...

Anyways I am still chugging along on the 1/48th Pavehawk.  I am currently working on adding the exterior photo-etch.

I'm personally into the nutzo crazy kill me death metal (nothing personal Rudy), although I like some Metallica, and System of a Down.

Hey guys, Im 14 so I was hoping I could join the group build.  Ive jsut started an Omaha Beach diorama (LCM plus a bit of beach with tons of infantry/rangers/medics)  And I was wondering if that (the entire diorama) could be my entry for the group build.  I could definately be finished my Mrach, which is the end date, right?  If thats okay, please put me down for it, if not put me down for the Trumpeter 1/35 LCM-3 And I'll just post the progress of that here instead of the whole diorama related to it.  Either way I would love to join.

Another entry on my part: a dio involving a 1/35 scale Tamiya M-41 and the figures  that came with it. I built everything last weekend, and painted it all last week. All that's left is making the scene.

Update:  I am almost done with the building.  I have to finish masking/adding windows.  Then prime, paint, and decal.  I also need to do the Main Rotor&PE, and the Weapons.

Sorry if the pictures arent the best.  My dad has the better camera with him in China.

Take care,

Austin

not bad, but go easy on the super glue for the PE. It will stick out like one hell of a sore thumb when you paint it.
