As far as I know, they still do that: it's a "gift" option. You have the merchandise billed to your address and the items sent to another one.

I don't see the risk of frauds in that. 

BTW Italian government has decided to anticipate Christmas from this year on, in order not to have Christmas and the new year's festivities too close together. The new date for X-Mas is ...

Steve, you are right! The kit is still in the stash and I've been kicking the idea around of building it next. Since I just finished a build and need a new project I think that one will be just right. And I'll get it done before this years SSGB too!
