Couple hundred bucks. Being in photography I need to get one. LOL. I'm still trying to get ahold of a SINGLE Sturmtiger shell, to put into the barrel of mine. One thing to keep in mind, while it is possible to get perfect exacting color on a computer monitor, the fact is, that the paint colors weren't perfectly stable, and weren't computer matched digitally to be perfect every time. The colors on the real deal varied quite a bit in shade. Yes there were specifications, but specifications are onyl as good as human error in mixing, and only as good as the perfection of the pigments and colors going into the mix. There was a reasonable margin for error, so as long as you are "close" it's probably pretty accurate. |

Yeah, I know about the calibration tools, but can't justify them just to play games and stuff like that. Maybe if I hadn't gotten married, I could, but my wife tries to keep me stationed in reality. And during WWII they probably weren't too concerned with having EXACT matches anyway. I'm sure modern stuff has a margin of error (much closer tolerance than WWII era, but still...). About the shell..are you referring to a kit? If so, and it's 1/35, drop me a PM and I'd be more than happy to drop one in the mail to ya. If it's for other than that, I can't. Michael
