Coming along nicely Tony. Tow cable on the glacis is sharp as are the replacement tie-downs.

Update:
Later
That room did have carpet but I ripped it out before moving in there. This is the first time to lose parts so what other underworld creatures are there?
Cut the loops off and made new ones then colored the tarp to visually shrink it.
Gaining on it everyday
Time flies when you're having fun Tony! Hard to believe that the end of the year is approaching.
I think your strategy for the lost parts is a good one...in fact you should consider "losing" a part to the floor/carpet monster as a sacrifice and see if that doesn't cause it to appear.
Mike i'm going to stop looking for them and look for something else, they'll turn up for sure then.
Do those tie down loops on the casement look out of scale to you?????
Dang I just realized it's Dec. the first already, where did November go?
Later folks
did you try looking behind your workbench or even under it Tony? Because those parts sometimes turn up in the funniest places. Oh and don't forget to check the spider webs too LOL.
On the workbench: Dragon 1/350 scale Ticonderoga class USS BunkerHill 1/720 scale Italeri USS Harry S. Truman 1/72 scale Encore Yak-6

The parts are still missing Greg after going through all the boxes for a third time.
31 rounds of ammo painted and loaded in the racks.

If you read this at PMMS you'll get an idea:

I made a pallet to get the ride height right. I used 1/4 inch balsa stock for the beams.
The parts fit is not that great you'll have to work with it and I didn't even try to use the tracks. Thing is it's the best SU-76 on the market.
I got the welds textured today but I say again BUT the rear hatch door is missing. I looked everywhere, its just vanished. One thing good is it will be easy to make another. Also the horn must be keeping it company,it's gone as well.
One step forward two steps back
Had wanted to pick up one of these. Was wondering what your opinion of the kit was. Hard to tell from what you have posted here because as always you have the ability to shine up anything. She is really looking good.

The bench-clearing exercise has begun!

Here's how it looked when I put this MiniArts model aside:
Today I got a start on the welds that appeared to be missing. I was placing the rod stock when my progress was interrupted.
Hope to knock this thing out real soon.
