1400.00 eh? That's about what? Six Dragon and two Trumpeter kits?

Hans,,,,how many old white box Monogram kits could you have bought way back when with $1400.....Big Smile

All of them...

including the FlapJack....

Upon relfection, I think 1400.00 would cover all of them today... There's only a handful of them that are over 20.00 MSRP... Picked up the P-47 Razorback for 8.99 today...  And that was sticker-price!

let's see  1400  @10cents on the dollar  = 140 bucks  thats about right

i should be able to buy your whole lot for that  @ YOUR estate sale

when you wife / girlfriend finds out how much you spent  and she kills you

don't eat anything with mushrooms   in it        LMAO

Wonder what the reaction would be if one of the bidders bought that locker full of kits?

(bidding to raise Dave's temper & price) ~ Darrel Sheets

...I can't see the $1400.00 retail being recovered, second hand kits even still in the plastic wrap are a buyers market. Sure collectors (Aren't we all?) inflate prices as well some online auctions, yet to unload a 'stash' of kits always results in a net loss.

Waaaaaaaaitaminute - that actually does add up to 1400...weird!!!

Even after setting my enigma properly, I keep getting some message to "drink your Ovaltine", what's that all about??
