Moses, you'll like that 1/16th Tiger if you get it. I've got the "display" version instead of the full option r/c and it is just incredible! (My fiance got it for me for last Christmas). I also got the Aber P/E set for it. Also expesive but I think worth it. I'm saving it until I get a litle more practice in my 35th stuff so I don't botch anything on it. If you do go for it and want the Aber, the best price I found was at Airconnection. http://www.airconnection.on.ca/airconnection_aber_ALL.htm
They also have the sets broken down now too I see if you just want certain parts.

I'd have to say 35th is my favorite over all scale though!

Wow 1/285th sclae armor would be lik ethe size of your pinky nail. Wink [;)]

Nothing better then 1/35 scale IMO. Would love to do Tamiya's Tiger 1 in 1/16th though. Maybe for next fathers day when my first son/daughter is born this November.

what company puts out armor models in 1/285 scale? I know some ships in bigger scale than that.

Of course 1/35 is number one. but I like doing 1/72

Wallig, Fine Scale Factory of Germany have started a 1/72 Sherman range and according to a pal of mine who's into that sort of things, they are good!

By the way, in order to register your much needed 1/72 vote, you need to click on 1/72 and submit your vote...

I'll throw my vote in for 1/72. I cannot believe that I'm the only one who enjoys this scale. Then again, that might explain the lack of decent Sherman kits in 1/72Smile [:)]

I went with 48th because it was compatable with a popular aircraft scale. Not too big and not to small but that's for a collection of type vehicles. For dioramas there ain't nothing like good old 1/35th

C'mon! 1/25 is the perfect scale for armor! Not too small, not too big.
And an incredible selection of automobile kits are available in the same scale to depict crushed under the relentless onslaught of advancing armor!

Only problem is all the existing 1/25 armor kits require A LOT of work to accurize...
A LOT of work!
That's why some new ones would be appreciated.

I don't think it will stay like that for long. Let's enjoy our 'superiority' while the 1/35 modelers are still asleep!

There are currently only 6 votes, we could add in the 3 scales and reset the poll.

Seems to work!
But you left out 3 kinda popular scales:
1/16
1/24
1/25

Well, you did include "other scales," but...
