Tony, I know what its like to take care of relatives with illnesses as I've had both my father and stepmother pass away while I was caring for them.  My heart goes out to you and your family and I'm glad you can still take solace in this hobby.

Thanks, its been a strain on us around here and having the hobby has helped past the time when I can stay focused on what i'm doing.

The kit is really detailed well and mostly correct but there is still room for corrections to be made where DML cut corners or items that they overlooked.

Same old errors that Dragon is famous for on the instructions too.

They all look great!

Especially when one is able to see them side by side and compare them. One get an unusally good view of the differences between the versions.

One funny thing. I misread the text on one of the vehicles. I missed the letter  U, and thought it said "Schlungfahrzeug", which I - of course -never had heard of. So I googled the german word for "Schlung" and didn't find anything at first and googled some more, and found this definition (which in context is hilarious):

I can't imagine what they thought when they came up with that example!

After taking a look at the vehicle again I was quite happy to learn that it's a training vehicle - "SchUlungfahrzeug" - and not some kinky type of paper panzer.

I used a combination of MIG's Brown for Dark Yellow and Tan for Tricolor Camo filters.

Yes sir, the L/48 and the A-O prototype. The only one without is the Disc camo L/70(V).

Decals really did lay down well.  It's amazing how much just a few markings add to the build.  Really cool pics of how you paired them up

Good Morning People

Well the rain that was predicted to start in last Thursday finally made it this morning. As soon as we get a break in the showers i'll spray the Future and place the decals. If not I might color a set or two of the tracks.

Awesome work here and great results with the mask.
Happened to read a build log by Angus Creighton on the same subject, he was using a similar mask but from the German supplier Uschi van der Rosten.
Your lineup here is excellent, please keep them coming :)
