I am afraid it is happening to a lot of us.  Spring fever?  March Madness?  Or we have pushed ourselves too hard.  I admit I am little burnt out after working hard on the Huey beating the deadline earlier.   Just take a break... maybe build a Huey?  Or practice your painting skill on the figures... Whistling

Hey Andy,

I think we all had a BUSY 2011 for models and need to relax a bit. I just wasn't enjoying building this kit - plain and simple. I'll build it this year for sure but after that Tiger I think I need something 'chilling' to work on - and I have it.

I'll be building that Tamiya Willys MB Jeep with some Resin upgrades and stuff. I'm going to try and paint the figure well as I'd love to be able to use it. I'll be building it as a sort of 'recon' vehicle from the 7th Armoured. She'll have plenty of stowage and ammo plus a replacement barrel for the .30cal and I might add the piano wire cutter just to be different.

I know I'll enjoy this build but i really want to build German again and I said I wouldn't this year!

I'm tempted to build another Pershing oddly enough. Alan at our group loves them and I like the HobbyBoss version that he's just built. I've never built HobbyBoss? Another StuG would be nice too? Damn! That's no German armour out the window Whistling

Whilst I decide I'll enjoy building this very small Jeep! Obviously it's pretty small!

Take care,

Ben Toast
