I am definitely a fan of your light weathering; just enough without making it look like you're hiding errors with mud. That Chevrolet is such a classic kit. I have one I built in the late 70s or early 80s, but doesn't look anything near as good as yours does.

I never have been a big fan of heavy weathering because if you go too far it takes away from the model.  Not that I never mudding things up a bit.  I just try not to get carried away.

Like this a lot.  Especially the ammo out where you can get to it.  Lots of these LRDG builds forget the ammo.  Know if I was manning a gun I'd like to have it handy when the going got real hot, and not have to dig through the various packages and tarps, etc.

I finished this last fall.  The Tamiya kit with a few extra's.  Comments and suggestions welcome.
