Here is what's left of my armour builds.  I'm missing a Tamiya Bulldog, that was donated to Mrs. Toshi's friends son.  I hope you enjoy these pics!

I ran into two difficulties, one was I put the loaders hatch on backwards but I was able to fix that since I didn't cement it.  That was thank's to Phil_H! Second, there were these cables made of really soft plastic that I just couldn't work with so I left them out.  Just weird!  LOL!

  Looks like you're on your way, and headed in the right direction. Don't go too fast and don't be afraid to try things.

 Practicing on those older Tamiya kits will  let you get the experience you need and save you money

Thank's Gamera!  I did enjoy the change, it's a whole different genre of modeling.  I loved it.  I really liked how the Leopard turned out and shooting the tank in the wet terrain like that was just icing on the cake.

Just curious, why do they call it "kampfpanzer" instead of "panzerkampfwagen"? Could it be to avoid the simmilarities with WW2 tanks?

I believe Kampfpanzer is now the term Germans use when reffering to tanks. I think it translats to Main Battle Tank. The term panzerkampfwagen is very broad and i guess because its also lnked so clodley with nazi Germany, not very PC.
