I know how feel Thundergod. I was set to do the Stug III and now I have the option to do my Sturmtiger. It's going to be a coin toss. I'd need more AM parts for my Stug though.

Thanks Thundergod. I have Dragon's older Stug III Late and it needs some pe grilles and some schurzen. I'll skip the barrel and tracks. That does sound like a great deal on the new kit though. Good luck.

Gee, the DML Stug is a real bute. I oppened one up and thought there was a mistake because of the PE and Barrel, kinda like when my brother, hun commander, bought Tamiyas' late tiger from the hobby store where he now works, and had a slew of Verlinden details in it the kit, including the interior. Some guy had traded it in and never mentioned the goodies. Talk about a surprise.[:0]

well thanks all and remeber EMAIL ME if YOU ARE IN.

Tankbuild, does the new kit come only with the 105 mm gun? I assume it does. I believe there are two versions.

It comes with the short 105, with no muzzle brake. The wide muzzled barrel is still plastic. I'm just going to make mine a 75.

Well well this stug3 is awesome!!!! The pho etched contain the luggage mounts, skirt rails, engine grills and a few other little things, metal barrel option of actually 3 different varients,2 solid molded muzzel brakes with the addition of the original new indie tracks, the weld moldings are some of the best i have seen a total of three new sprues though I wish it came with skirts........all for 27$.Can you say cha ching Also got the king tiger henchel which has PE grills and a few details (havent dug into it to much) that to me look a lot nicer than the tamiya which is a nice kit in its self for 28$ once again cha ching.. I know what Im doing for the stug GB nowCool [8D]

So it appears you do get both options, but the 75mm isn't an aluminum barrel. The tracks appear clear of flash and look better than my kit. I may have to go out and pick this kit up and dump my other.
