Many Bikers do that to give their Bikes a personal touch, at most Bike rallies you tend to see most bikes already customised or re-painted.
Still drooling over the ZZR that was put inside a harris frame, conversion parts cost more than the whole bike new.
Wind screens on Biks tend to crack fairly easily and it is common to see AM or even coloured/tinted windscreens on newish Bikes.

So far I have failed to find any info on other colour schemes.
I have seen a Blue/Red scheme but not sure if it was factory or not.
A Green/Red might also look cool.
By the look of it many don't put all the fairing on their Bikes as they fairing is pretty much fully closed and thus hides the details of the unique steering, frame, etc.
