Installed the first two rows of seats like the sand color! The rear seats have a black frame which is tricky to paint.

I got the interior panels installed.Fit was very good and positive.I simulated galvanized metal by first painting the bumper chrome silver abd allowing it to dry overnight.then I used flat aluminum and cut down paint brush to stipple it on  .Results are pretty good.

Nice. From my research  shows only a black  interior from the factory  but if it's  a military job tan would be ok i think.

My 1980 Series III 109 had very dark brown door cards and interior trim, while the seats, very similar to the later Defender type seats, were dark brown vinyl with a lighter brown fabric on the seat bottom and back.  The typical SIII "deluxe" pleated seats were normally black vinyl as were the later slab type seats.  On the earlier Series IIA the normal seats and trim were a dark grey vinyl with a very grainy texture commonly referred to as "elephant hide".  All of the Series III padded dash panels were black.

I've seen the slab type seats recovered in many colors and materials so the tan seats are just fine for your truck.

Thanks for the info Bob!Mounted the body to the chassis.Except for a minor problem of the clutch pedal hanging up,the fit was great!

This kit is designed to install the trop top sunsheet over the standard roof, and so the roof is missing the stiffeners that are normally under the sunsheet. You can see the ends of the stiffeners on the kit roof but they would extend the entire length of the actual roof. The kit rear door has a 'stiffener' at one location where the spare can be mounted and the second location is above the 'stiffener' with a small gap between the two locations. Bob

I am not talking about recovered.  I'm talking about from the factory.
