Has "NO STEP" stenciled on the hood and roof.
Installed "turkey feathers" on his dual tail pipes and anti-collision lights on both sides

The car is a 'curbside' because it has no engine. (I have a couple like that)

The windshield wipers are molded with the windshield and painted only to look real?

In the attic at home he has three unopened boxes containing 1962 Lotus 7's. And there's a couple of part built Westfields in the garage that he's going to get around to sometime, once he decides on a colour scheme!

Your version doesn't go as fast, because its the standard injection molded version. Your friend has the speedier vacuum formed version, but has a harder time finding parts.

I'm without a car just at the moment, but here goes anyway:

side reflectors and rear window brake light replaced with aircraft "slime light" formation strips.

distrubutor cap is chromed (cool feature if useless on a distributor cap) :-)

windows tinted with Tamiya's "clear smoke" paint

chipped chrome is patched with Bare Metal foil

occaisionally a bit of mold flash can be seen on the bottom edge of the body shell

Who's next?

You can tell my car by the FSM magazines and Scale Auto magazines stuck in the door pockets inside large protective zip-loc bags ... you know ... for those train crossings in Chicago ... with those long mid-western (USA) trains ... and for waiting at the Metra train station for the wife to return from the "big city".

Gee ... I never thought about it ... but with all these darn trains ... it is a wonder I didn't become a "train nut" ... aaahhh ... but there is still time ...

I get lots of good reading in ... a few moments at a time. (note: I am a safe driver ... I NEVER try to read while I drive ... even in bumper to bumper traffic during rush hour on the Kennedy ... like some folks I see).

Anyway ... see ya at the hobby shop ... Cool [8D]
