Absolutely outstanding! Gives you shivers because he looks right at you from the screen. I'm blown away by the subtle quality of your work.

First of may i say Hi to all you guys, its been a while. Sorry for my absence but been busy with other things. I will try  to look in and comment on all your work soon as .Good to come home lads.

[My mate Ian (Big E) said to me the other day he was selling some of his stash as he will never get round to some of it. One thing he offered me before it went to Ebay was this 1/10 bust from Young miniatures. The last bust i did i sold and it went to the US so i thought this was one i would have a go at.

The detail is second to none on this and should make for an interesting paint job. Loads to get stuck into.

First up i cleaned up the mould marks and then primed it

Next up i sprayed on flesh tone from Vallejo Air as a base coat.

This was followed byputting down some shadows with dark red mixed with flesh.

I then mixed up very thin acrylic flesh colour and started the blending proses . This takes a lot of patients and time to blend , dry, blend, dry and so on.

Highlights were put in next

This was followed by the adding of the eye colour

Then the rest of the eye and eyebrows.

More blending and paint in the lips with red mixed with flesh, More blending.

When this was dry i mixed up a thin oil wash and then carefully added oil washes to the skin tone, drying inbetween coats

That,s where i,m at at the moment. sorry it goes on a bit.
