Just thought I'd throw in a COLOR still from this BLACK & WHITE movie. (Actually I was FAR more interested in Julie Adams than the Creature.) Loved your hands, Aaron.

Just how old is this mold I wonder? Lots of filler needed?

Thanks guys. This was a lot of fun to paint. (The build? Not so much.) It's nice once and while to not have to stress about having the correct color. As long as it's green, I figure it's right.
Cheers, Aaron

Seriously, great tonal variation of the greens......nice shading...
I love your Creature from the Black Lagoon and.....uh...errrr....never mind...
Not my kind of thing either, but that's impressive & scary!
I say scary because that was the first "horror" film I was allowed to see as a kid & to be honest I was bricking it when I saw it & didn't want to go to sleep that night - you never know what might appear at the bedroom window, so I kept the curtains open & watched out for it!!

Damn, uhhh, darn Aaron...
You got some skills, man! Creature figs aren't typically my thing, but the finish on that is sweet.

Hey all,
I just finished the Revell reissue of the Monogrtam rebox of the old Aurora model of the Creature (From the Black Lagoon) as a gift for a friend. The finish is all airbrushed except for dry-brushing and the eyes and mouth. Comments and critiques welcome.
