Hey guys,

 I'm an armor nut.

So here's something quite different.....  at least it is for ME.

  I decided to build this since it has been on my bucket list for a long time.

 It's just a one off and then I'm headed back to armor.

  Bear with me as I have some fun with this and begin by presenting it in a mischievous manner.
(The actual model will follow)

  And yeah, this was before the failure of plan 9.


 My beam up unexpectedly contributed to the failure of Plan Nine.

 Luckily my playful smileys realized they had a common cause and worked out a deal to eventually let me go.
   (WONDER WHY?)

I suppose ya'll noticed my recent MIA status from the forum for a short while there too, eh?

 Ok, here is the arrival of my time warping MULTIDIMENSIONAL DARKSHIP re-materializing into reality.....


 It has fully de-cloaked near the sun and has began its ominous and soundless descent ....

followed by it's twin brothership.....


       towards a cold and dark area of parched desert in Nevada.

Each craft has the power to destroy the world a hundred times over (101 times for North Korea).....   

      I just HAD to use that line

 
They descend (the red glow is for conventional space travel) one at a  time,
and come to rest in a secure underground facility with gleaming black floors and walls.


 

Later (before I was released) I managed to smuggle out a picture on my trusty wrenchcam that reveals the essential items necessary to build  a near copy of this craft.

 The entire DARKSHIP is built around a sophisticated Multidimensional ring device called a  ԱѪկѬխ  or what WE would call an ESA  (Enhanced Superconducting Accelerometer).

        To simplify, jus' call it Hyperdrive.
                   
       

 

 And now the view from the bottom of the craft (you can also see the eight ORA substations along the rim).

.....and here is the glowing multidimensional drive ring when initially activated.

The landing mechanism (center) is totally functional also.

Here's the conventional sub-space drive activated.

 
  Now (again from my wrenchcam) some of the required parts needed to build this Ultra Magical High-tech machine that features instantaneous transport to any star system in known or unknown existence.

 Except for the green flourescent paint, I collected all the parts on the cheap over a period of time from various sources such as the local Salvation Army, the Goodwill store and some junk pieces I had lying around like a couple of pudding cups, screws, a piece of rubber hose, an ashtray, a peanut butter lid, rhinestones and a little girls bracelet to replicate the spinning high speed ORA (optional resource array).

  This craft  is 95% metal and I can truly say it is the ONLY one like it in the entire world (of course after reading this, you'll know I am too).

Here's the top of this flying saucer.....polished aluminum.....

 I couldn't find another duplicate  of that top section ANYWHERE so I finally made me a copy of the upper shell of the craft since I might want  to do a reconfiguration later on.

 
 

  This is the first  time I've tried a casting, it was pretty easy and it came out quite nicely.

  This UFO is built in 1/325 scale which would put the craft  at  144 feet in diameter. The height would be 45 feet (with the landing mechanism extended) and 36 feet 6 inches (with the mechanism retracted). The 5 foot crew members would measure @ about .1844 inches in height.

 Now, a picture of the landing mechanism extended.....

.....and then retracted.

Here's the top with a green laser reflecting off of it.

And the bottom reflecting a red laser.

 It now resides in my display cabinet on the base I also made from discards from the very same places.
