Well I tore the engines off mine today and figured yet another way of doing them that looks better. Problem Is that if I keep finding better ways of doing this thing I ll never finish It. I also pulled the tub out to redo, Its so hard to decide on the interior I almost decided to put it on a field dio with a tarp covering the canopy.

Tough break. I finished my cockpit tub minus the seat and fashioned my canopy yesterday.

Ok progress report time ;
Well it looks like I'm starting all over on this project
My 3 year old son decided it would be cool to get into Daddy's hobby area and well it wasn't pretty , in any event I'll be starting all over and the paint will eventually come off the boy . Hope you guys are having better luck . But never fear I should still be able to hit the deadline .

Jerry you got my interest now! I'm trying to visualize how those could go together. As far as the badge goes you need to go to your profile page and paste this into the box for you signature. . . Just remove the spaces from behind the "g" in both of the brackets. I put them in so this wouldn't be a post with the image instead of the text you need. I think there will only be three small parts in my project that started out as kit parts and those will be reworked on the lathe. Their shape happens to be just what I need. The rest will be from raw materials. Oh by the way Walt I haven't forgotten about your package I just haven't had time to run to the post office. I hope to send it off on Friday.

Nothing wrong with star trek (except Voyager that is) I just wanted to be original with my finished product. One of my favorite shows right now is Enterprise on weds nights.

What's wrong with Star Trek! My crew module is coming along nicely. I'll be starting the drive module this evening more than likely.

Just go to ezboard.com then go to Parallax's Curio & Relic and Military Surplus Firearms Forums. I started with a #4 enfield and I still have it. Well it seems my starfighter is a bust it is just too much star trek in it so Ill leave it that way and finish it later. I already have another Idea for the star fighter project so Ill start drawing it up and go from there.

I'll check it out! Do you collect firearms? I'm more of a shooter but I did just sell off a really nice Enfield jungle carbine. Kind of wish I hadn't now. What is the other site you frequent?

First off thanks for bringing me abourd! Second, I have some thing already in mind. It`ll be a kit bashed ship but it`ll be about 50% scratch and ill give yall a clue itll be the same scale as the amt 1999 eagle. All of the greeblies will come from various kits. Now the hard part is taking the pics which ill have to ask for assistance( later) Thanks again!

Thats a cool idea Dan , I went to my local Hobbytown today , which is the only place in town that sells shaped and sheet styrene and they were out of stock so looks like I have to start with what I have and wait for the rest , Maybe I'll light mine too , never tried it sounds like fun .
