Here's the Monster in Battletech markings being marshalled out of its parking spot.  This one is the 160th scale model.  It didn't have decals or instructions when I found it for 5.00 at a contest.

Great idea for a vignette and a fun take on the monster.  What did you use for the person guiding them out?  Having something like them around could help with setting scale of these mecha if I ever put a scene together.

I think the figure was from an old Airfix C-130 kit or the Hasegawa figures for flight line support.  The scale is so slight, 1/60th and 1/72nd it really doesn't matter.  I got the idea from my wife who used to be a C-130 Crew Chief and she had to marshal her aircraft in and out.

She made a great suggestion.  i'll be keeping an eye out for figures like that.  I've a vague recollection of photo etch figures like that somewhere.  Time to do some digging. :)

You could try the Hasegawa figure sets for their fighter kits.

I couldn't find anything by Hasegawa but there's a promising 1/72 set by Fujimi that's now on my wishlist.  Thanks for the tip!
