after buying a pair of new piranha's for my tau army, i think im gonna build those for this GB. probably gonna be a very light gray and black paint scheme, matching the rest of my army. Already got them built, just waiting to get some time to paint them.

ps. could you fix my screenname to "BLAKJAK" hate to be picky, but there are no C's. thanks!

Hi! Finished these two this past weekend, just got the pics up. The paint is chaos black over codex grey. I wanted to add a little variety to my white and black scheme I normally use for my army. I think I'll paint a couple figures the same colors, I think it looks more slick. The ship with the red markings is the lead vehicle, did it to add some variety. I used my airbrush to paint them, which went quite well. I used Bare Metal Foil to mask which is ideal for Tau vehicles since it conforms nicely to curved and awkward surfaces. Comments and criticisms are welcome and appreciated.

ps. I'll try to get more pics up, but I'm having some trouble.

Kind of a long shot here but I picked up an Eldar Falcon Grav Tank the other day but it came without the intruction sheet. I can probably figure it out but it would be nice to have before I do something stupid...DOH!

If anybody has one and can scan it I would be very greatful. But then again it might just give me an excuse to buy another :)

Some great looking stuff in this build, can anybody play or registration closed?

I will add both of you guys to the list.

I don't have anything eldar so i doubt I can help.  I can ask my local hobbyshop see if they can find me some replacement ones for free if they are at all able to do that.  I'd say be adventurous and build it without instruction though.  hehe.  take a picture of the sprues individually, n let's help you figure it out too.  my marines freak out with the sight of eldar grav tanks...  n fricking tau heavy weapons...

Thanks for letting me play, here's a Tau Piranha I did back in May (Had to go back and check my upload date to remember when I built it).

Thanks, I've always liked German WWII camo, well heck I love any camo but I was inspired by WWII German splinter camo. I built this kit with the idea it would be serving in an area primarily covered in tall grass. I also added screen mesh over the intakes and little windscreens to keep the bugs out off thier helmets ;)

You can see bigger pics here:

Mind you the close-ups make it look a little rough LOL!
