First round of shading applied here. Tamiya smoke post shading over acrylics. Then a layer of future in preparation for some oil weathering. Started off very light to avoid the ship becoming very dark Smile [:)]

cheers,

Julian

Very nice looking s-boot Julian! I like the shading, exactly how I am hoping mine turns out. Was that done by post shading or preshading? I too will have to do something about that darn flag, mine seems to have a notorious blank looking white circle in the middle of it.Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Smile [:)]Recieved my 1/35 scale Kriegsmarine flag today mailed by Accurate Model Parts in Oz ( http://amp.rokket.biz/ ). Beautiful piece of work (the photo doesn't do justice to the colours):

Photo gives you an idea of the size of the flag. Should look very impressive streaming from the mast.

cheers,

Julian Smile [:)]
