Thanks Cadet Chuck. So I'm not the only...I knew it.

As soon as I'm allowed to leave the house, I'll be right over, and don't worry, I have my own pillow.

I would tell her a thing or two, but then she probably already knows.

You can sleep in my shed.  I sympathize with you.  :-)  I have the same problem.

Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...

I just arrived back home last night with a couple of new models for my stash.

"What have you bought now?" asks SWMBO.

"Just these. Aren't they beautiful?"

"If you say so. I really don't understand how a grown man can waste so much time and money on useless toys where you need books of instructions in ancient script to put together, and then you can't do anything with them." says SWMBO.

It was at this point that she sidled over to kitchen drawer to prevent me getting hold of a blunt spoon with which to cause her serious injury.

I went to my hobby room to sulk...and plan.

As soon as I think of a plan I will post it here using the secret modeler's code. I'm thinking I might buy another model just to show her that I mean business.

If that doesn't work, I will be looking for somewhere to sleep for the next few nights, so if you know of anyone who might let me use their shed or let me sleep under their car or they know of a park bench that's vacant, please advise me using the secret modeler's code.

Errol.

Loves it. Gives her more time on her own to do stuff she likes that I don't, like watching TV.

24 years next month.

Humerous Question
Posted by renaissanceman on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 6:59 PM

As I was sitting here reading some of the posts about the different ships that people are building I had a humerous thought. I have read some funny comments in here about building models as "being the mistress' to those who are married (which I am-24 years strong). So my question is, with a smile on my face to those in here who are married, how has the wife responded to all that time spent in the model building shop over the years? I can't wait to read the responses!
