I thought I would jump in !
I am still working on the Rigging on mine. A few accidents, but
cureable. Mine almost toppled over. Anyway, shortly I will be posting
some updates on my JR.
Donnie.
ps
I asure you that mine is not going to look at good as yours, but
that is ok. I am basically happy with mine. It has been a learning
experience with this being my first Plastic model in about 35 years. I
do not have all the tools, tips and tricks, but that is ok as well.
Just like you mentioned the copper tape. See, I would have never
thought about going thru that to do my hull. I am happy with mine. I
think that with the amount of time that I have to spend on mine, I am
not sure that I want to put that much effort into it anyway :-)
I do think that your model and the other JR models here are fine and
wish that we could all post pics of our JR in a mini group build page.
I work on mine about 1 to 2 hours per night - on the weekends maybe
about the same.
