Hey Antagonist: regarding your comment about "treat your airbrush like you treat your woman", my airbrush didn't much care for chocolate! Har harrr...

It's now a toss-up, either the Badger 155 or an Iwata Revolution CR. I thinkg.

MikeV: What's the difference between the 155 and the 150? I will tell you that I use Testors MM enamels for 80-85% of my painting, and Tamiya acrylics for the balance.

Sway me, MikeV, help me get this decision made. I just started a new job (after 9 months of being un-employed, and 21 interviews...ugh), and I hope to buy a new AB soon.

MACooke, I haven't used the 150 but I have had my 155 for about 5 months or so and LOOOOOVE it! It's really a nice forgiving brush.. takes a bit of getting used to but even the first time I used it I was able to control it better than my 175...

I can tell you one thing, the 155 will be easier to take apart and clean... Badger touts it as the fastest breakdown of any brush!!!

The 150 uses three different tip/needle combinations if you want and the 155 uses a single tip/needle like the Omnis and Vegas. Overall they spray about the same although I prefer the design of the 155 much more because it is very fast to take apart as tho9900 already mentioned, and I think it is balanced nicer.
The nozzle of the 155 is also somewhat exposed so it is easier to get to the tip dry paint and clean it off, but that is not a big deal for many people.

The decision is yours alone as all three of the airbrushes mentioned will all produce excellent results, it just depends on the one you like the best.
As everyone here knows I am a Badger advocate and always will be as they are the best customer service company I have ever dealt with, and they are American made which is becoming more and more rare these days.

Thanks everyone!

Tho, I read your post a few weeks back when you were cautioning MikeV about the 175, where you mentioned the "40 days and 40 nights" and "drip drip of acrylic on your desk"...I about fell out of my chair laughing. That was too funny!

I appreciate all your input. I'm going with........(drum roll please)....the

BADGER 155 (tah-dahhhh)!

good choice! I am sure the 150 is a good brush, but I KNOW the 155 is good... really has done me good service over here!
