First you stretch it a bit, push it flat against a hard surface and then, while stretched, you cut pieces off with a sharp knife. These pieces can be layed and pressed on the canopy, and will stay put. Just don't stretch too far. You can find many info on it online.

I dunno. I tried using it for a very simple curve, and when I cut it with my knife it just wouldn't cut clean. I always use it for my canopies so I know how to cut this stuff... Any suggestions?
