I've been cruising ebay for older airbrushes just for the fun of it, and have recently added a Wold A1, A Paasche "F" model with a green handle, and a not-quite-so-old T&C "A". The T&C came with a bent needle tip (the bane of all e-bay airbrushes.. - don't buy cheap if you expect them to work like new). I managed to straighten the tip (at least to a naked eye) by rolling the needle between a metal ruler and my desktop, but still don't have high hopes for it. The tip itself seems to be ok, but I'll have to get out a magnifier to be sure.
The T&C is pretty much the same construction as a Badger 100 or 150, from what I can see - will any of the Badger parts interchange? I'd like to get the T&C spraying again just for the fun of it, but my recent parts list from Badger only shows parts for the Vega series of T&C airbrushes.
Also - an e-mail to Paasche got a reply that stated they used the green handles in the '50's. Is there a reference anywhere with serial no / mfg date for airbrushes? I'd also like to figure out when my first Badger 200 was made, I can't remember for sure when I got it (jr. high school, I think..). It's got the older "cigar" shaped handle vs. the newer straight tapered one.
