Killer Badger Garage Sale!!
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, January 19, 2008 7:40 PM

Check out the killer garage sale on Badger's website.  All of their major brushes are on sale at about 60% off including the Sotar 2020.  I did some post Xmas shopping and picked up a 360, 200NH, 3155 Hybrid, and Omni 4000.  Can you ever have enough brushes?

Thanks for the link!! I do have 1 question for all. I`m new to AB. I have used it some on my one build I have going on. Its a BEAR. Not bad for my first AB. But since they have such good prices at Badger, Wich one should I buy? I want one that can do FINE lines for detailing. I havent had much luck with theone I have. Its a good general use AB but thats all.So if someone can steer me to the right brush, I`d be mighty thankfull. Cheers!!

Grab a 100LG or Omni 4000, either will do a great job. I already have three airbrushes, but I'm tempted to buy one just for spare parts!

So long folks!

To tell the truth, I've never held a Omni 4000. I own a 100LG, and I've heard from reliable people that the Omni 4000 is slightly better. Both are gravity fed, top mounted color cups that are capable of pencil thin lines.

I've emailed Ken the owner to see if this is just a Paypal issue, and I'm hopeful that they have an alternate way of ordering. I have a couple of people I might be able to tap for forwarding if not.

I'm sure you'll enjoy your 4000!

I actually prefer the Omni 4000 myself and use it for about 85% of all my airbrushing.

The Badger 100LG is excellent also but the Omni is easier to clean and reassemble since it uses a drop in tip and has a back lever that doesn't fall out unless you remove the needle tube assembly.

As I suspected the issue with shipping to Canada was merely a Paypal thing. I received an email today requesting my address and order information so they can send an invoice via Paypal.

I'm getting a Omni 4000, and a spare 100LG for a parts rig (I already have one along with a 150).

I'll likely never catch MikeV in quantity of airbrushes owned, but I'm trying! Propeller [8-]

You are lucky I didn't get heavier into T-shirt airbrushing as you would never catch me then.

Those guys use between 20-30 siphon-feed airbrushes for speed. Laugh [(-D]

Hey,

Has anyone been charged yet for their purchase?  For me, Paypal has "completed" the sale but no money has been taken out of my account.  I'm just a little worried about this 'great' deal.  My father used to say "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".

I highly doubt that Jesse, this is Badger, the largest airbrush manufacturer in the world and they do what they say. Give it some time they are probably extremely busy as they are behind on production because dealers waited too long to put in orders and then sent them all at once.

Oh I trust Badger fully.  What I don't trust is hackers breaking into a website, putting up false information, and stealing people's information.  It happens.  Heck, it happened to the CIA's website.  Maybe I'm just parnoid.

Anyway, I noticed this morning that indeed the money did come out of my bank account and charged to Badger so I'm hoping to see the airbrush soon.  I pretty excited and can't wait Big Smile [:D].

Believe me, Jesse. If it was hackers the money would have been long gone!

It's a true deal, I ended up having to call Badger to place the order!
