Thanks for letting me know that I needed another airbrush.  I picked the compressor and a Vega single action a couple of months ago.  Just ordered the Omni 4000 yesterday.  Thanks guys!

You're welcome.

I was only going to get a 100LG as a parts rig, and somehow ended up with an Omni 4000 myself!

I resisted ordering another 200 or the Anthem. My will power must be getting stronger.

So long folks!

Check out the killer garage sale on Badger's website.  All of their major brushes are on sale at about 60% off including the Sotar 2020.  I did some post Xmas shopping and picked up a 360, 200NH, 3155 Hybrid, and Omni 4000.  Can you ever have enough brushes?

What gravity feed model would you recommend for a novice?

The difference between a novice and an "expert" isn't the tool they use, but the experience they have.

Either the 100LG or Omni 4000 would be an excellent choice.

I just bought a pair of Omni 4000, and they had to refund my order because I didn't have a comfirmed address. I tried reasoning with the guy w/ no solution. (asked if I can send a pic of my drivers licence)

I live in Canada btw.

I little heads up.  I got my Badger 100g yesterday.  The only defect I found on it was instead of the markings says "Badger 100G", it said "Badger 100GB".  There was one concern.  There was dried red paint in the color cup.  I haven't tried to spray with it yet.

Interesting? Perhaps a refurbished airbrush? I hope you don't have to test the "full Badger warranty" they advertised!

Received my Badger 100LG Monday-was engraved for another retailer and the engraving was not up to quality standards. Haven't looked at the packing list yet (shame on me) to make sure that I received the Medium.  No matter, I'm looking forward to shooting some paint-it just feels right when I hold it.....that's a good thing, isn't it....Whistling [:-^]

That is true. They did advertize that all of the sale airbrushes were not able to be sent to dealers for one reason or another. All were refurbished in one way or another.

I got myself a 100LG also. Couldn't resist that offer. I contacted Badger, sent them a check and now have confirmation that my a/b has been sent. These guys are the best!

Short and simple, I had a telephone conversation with an employee at Badger about something diffrent, and I was told mine was shipped.

My advice is to send an email to Badger.  info@badgerairbrush.com and ask how, and when it was shipped. I'm sure it's something simple, like sent slow post not priority post.

Or if your that impatient, call them (800)247-2787.

Just relax a little.

Edit** Check that. A disclaimer right at the top of the Garage sale page says "please allow 2-4 weeks, airbrushes have to undergo production!

Email sent already to that address. I don't understand why it would take 2-4 week for production when these are advertised as "blems" or orders that were refused. I think it's only the gold plated 360 that's under that timeline. I checked my VISA and I was charged the same day. I'm not so sure I'm happy about paying before something shipped. I will wait for an answer from Badger to hear their side of the story. I'm sure it has been shipped and I'm just subject to Canada's slow post office parcel service.

Hmmm a gold plate 360 would be a nice addition.  NOPE, must resist.

Another thing I don't understand is their US only rule? What's up with that?

While I can't speak for Badger, I do run a production shop. We have a 'stock' rack of items for sale at a discount. When a customer wants one, it's pulled and sent through the production line to ensure it's working as a new product. That takes time and I would imagine that they are doing that through their repairs shop. We also don't do anything untill the item is paid for. It's just a guess mind you, but an educated one.

I got mine last week.  I paid via PayPal and received the airbrush about 10 days after ordering it.  They never sent a shipping confirmation but I wasn't expecting one either.  By the way, it worked great and I really like it.

I went to the Garage Sale last Friday night. Bought a 100LH and a 200 SG. Pickings are getting slim.....but I was ogling the gold plated one alsoWink [;)]

Paypay grabbed my cash right away, of course and notified me that my order would be shipped in 1-5 business days via ground. I hope that doesn't mean bicycle!

But both brushes came to $42 before shipping. I'll take it!

Well all, recieved my Omni 2000 today! Sure is a bute. It has "Omni 5000 USA" x`ed out on left side, and on right side it has "DEMO" stamped in? Cant wait to try it out. I do have one question, the hose connection isnt a quick connect, but it has a much smaller, finer male fitting. Much smaller than my Bear. Is there an adaper I can get, or do I need to get a hose specific for Badger?100_0051.jpg AB`s picture by dirtball_photo

You mean an Omni 4000 right? Wink [;)]

It should be the same fitting as all Badger fittings. Do you have a badger airhose?

Mike, I was wrong. It is a 4000 and no, I dont have a Badger hose. I have the soft braided one that came with the Bear. Do I need to order one? Can I get the quick connect for my Bear also?
