Hello and welcome aboard
If you giggle "finescale" and "(subject)", it usually works pretty well, for now.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

The "official" google way to search any site is to go to google, and add this before your search term:
site:finescale.com
(or any URL)
i.e. to find anything on the site regarding B-52s, you'd enter:
site:finescale.com B-52
To find anything in the forums regarding B-52s you'd include the forum's URL:
site:finescale.com/fsm B-52
I hope this helps!
