Thanks again for all the kind words everybody...............don't hold back any critisim, I'm always looking to improve. I did get impatient towards the end of this project and rushed some of the landcsape just to finish it, especially the grass.

I am pleasantly surprised about all the positive comments about the photos. I really didn't plan it out, I just placed the dio on the railing off my back deck which overlooks the riverbank. At first i just tried to keep the railing of the deck and the neighbors house out of the pictures. After a few shots I then thought about the background........I also thought they wouldn't look good because I got out there late and missed the direct sunlight on the dio. I used an ancient 5 mega pixal camera.

I think that the overall look of destruction and desolation has been carried out in an excellent manner!

Big, but - lots of attention to detail and little things to catch your eyes, which is what a good dio should have. Very nice work.

thanks guys..........I already bought a couple kits and things for my next project, so my plate is too full right now to commit to helping a group build.

Funny thing is that this dio took me over a year to complete, working on it off and on. At times it did feel like work, so it would just sit for awhile. I thought when it was finally done it would be some time before I started something else. Only two weeks passed before I bought some figures and a 7.5 cm PAK 97/38 gun for a winter eastern front diorama. I pretty excited about it too, this is my first winter project.
