DIO:"Always Have Time For Coffee".

panzerguy, this is truly stunning work. I think the rabbit came out better than ok, it's fantastic. The posing of the figures is very life-like and the painting is masterful. The Marder looks perfect. I admire your groundwork abilities. Like Manny suggested, I can almost sense the frostbite.

I'm in love with this scene, it is an award winner. Congratulations on an excellent dio.

    This started out as a simple dio to just show off the Marder but half way threw I got this pic in my head and I just could'nt let it go.

What a marvellous diorama.

That tanker on the Marder looks freezing. I hope the coffee is hot!

Great job panzer guy, winter diorama are always interesting.

That remains me, i'm working on a winder dio too, and its looking good so far.

Basic plan

That really is a good story, frozen (as it were) in time.  I get the idea that the guy wrapped up in his blankey is sick, whereas everyone else is just cold.  That rabbit- AWESOME!  It adds just the right lighthearted touch, as if it is thinking "I'm outta here before I become dinner!"

Again, just AWESOME!!

That is really one of the best we've seen in a long time!

The details are great, and kudo's on the rabbit as well--I love little "eye candy" like that!

Just make sure that doog doesn't get run over when they pulll out of there!

   Gald to hear the rabbit is a hit. The first one I  was going to use just did'nt cut it. 

   Manny I just spread some white glue were I wanted my "snow". Sprinkeled the snow over it and let it dry. Afterwards I vacumed off the excess.

I remember seeing your Marder go by in the Hunters GB - putting it in this dio makes it look even better. Man, great figs. You guys are killing me with all these great figs!

    Heinz, the base is only 8x8" so that was one of the things I was worried about.Thank's for the kudos.

NOW THATS AN AWESOME DIO. It just looks........Right. I love the guy with the cigarette in his mouth leaning against the Marder. He looks freezing. lol.

   I've been asked by another forum to do a photo feature on this dio only problem is that just after I took the pic's for this post my camera decided to stop working and had to send it out to be serviced so no pic's for a couple of week's.When I get it back I'm gonna have a lot of catching up to do.

Great diorama!  I think scenes of soldiers outside of action are often more interesting than those of combat.

  Congrats on the publication, I think they made a good choice to publish this. IT ROCK's... I was looking @ the pics. and thought to myself, It's a good thing that the dog's interest are being averted from the rabbit. Congrats again! Job well done.
