It really wan't that bad.  The only place to be careful is where the booms meet the wing.  Nothing a few quick swipes with a sanding stick didn't cure. I'll build another...

Me too. Ive fancied doing on for a while but the fit issues (Or alleged fot issues) have put me off.

Youve made that one look great. Decals make it stand out too.

As Rick said, nice job on a difficult kit.  I've always liked those markings.

Sharp looking Lightning there.  5 oz of lead and she's still a tail-sitter?  Man, that's a lot of weight!  How was the fit on this one?  I have heard good and bad reports about it.

I knocked the cockpit top glass off while taking the picture will have to fix that.  Had to use the tail stand I guess 5 oz of weight wasn't enough.  The nose gear is a little wobbly now.
