OK, here goes: First up is  P-82. Really Monogram's 1/72 F-82 kit.

OK. In the stash: Way too much to build in one lifetime...

My two most recently completed Monogram builds.

F-117 Nighthawk

B-26 Marauder "Flak Bait"

Great jobs on both, Miss Keyda! Guess I just oughta send you all of my kits to build for me - you'd finish them all WAY before I ever would at the rate that I build! Snail

Hi guys,

I have been too long "in the business" to deprive myself of building an R/M kit so this is one of my best. I built it some 13 years ago and it took me almost 21 months because it is not straight from the box. In fact it has been extensively reworked - including a lot of scratch-built detail: (pic heavy)

Just completed this old Monogram 1/48 Me-262 for the Monogram Mafia GB. It's a very simple but great looking kit that includes two great looking figures.I bought this on eBay several years ago but it's out again under the Revell label.

The figures

Thank you Baron. I have no idea who makes the base. I could probably use a few more actually and would buy them if I knew who to get them from. It was in the display case at Brookhurst Hobbies with all sorts of other bases and no labels aside from the price tag. It was perfect for the F-86 and at a good price so it came home with me.

That's a beautiful Sabre, Stik!  But I'm reall curious about the base.  Who makes that?

That's a great looking Salamander stik. As a matter of fact I did one not long ago with a fully detailed engine, resin and scratch built details about a couple of pages back.

Thank you PJ. 1st place was well deservedly taken by a Revell Germany 1/32 He-162 Volksjäger that was beautifully built. The engine was fully plumbed and wired up. That build also took Judges Choice for the evening.

Not until November. I'm leaving town in October for several weeks and will lose a month of build time on my travels. Once I get back, I'll start my projects. The six month time span applies to me too.

Once a year I think. But nothing else anymore. The hobby is dying in this state. There are others here, but they seem to be scattered. Oh, unless you're into trains! They still have clubs!

No kit collector shows or model swap meets up there? Or perhaps IPMS meetings? Those are always good sources down here for secondhand old kits.
