To Allan,

Due to it being an older mold, there's not a lot going on with the kit.  Even the cockpit was very simple and clean.  But it looked really great after everything went together.  Thanks for the visit.

Hi Toshi,

I see your having fun with Revell as compared to Trumpeter or Tamiya eh?  I like the old Revell kits although they are full of flash, soft plastic, and usually have some fit problem.  But I think they are worth the price.  I built the 1/32 Corsair and it is a challenge.  The Mosquito has been on my list.  As always, I enjoy your builds.  Cheers, Scott.

Oh, BTW, it looks like you now have this project AND the Stuka going on at the same time?  Toshi, you are now really in the ranks of a master modeler now that you are working on multiple projects.  Propeller

Thank you modelrob, I try to be positive.  It can be frustrating at times but that's part of the hobby.  Most importantly is something everyone here taught me is to just have fun!

I also have a Revell of Germany 190 and a Kitty Hawk P-39 in my stash.  I finally got a stash!  LOL!  I'm just waiting on the masks of the Stuka build right now.  Master modeler, I don't think so.  LOL!

Really looking forward to seeing this one fleshed out. There's something special about RAF color schemes, and on this big bird it's going to look awesome.

I'm also so tempted to try one of these big 1/32 kits but I have committed to 1/72 for now. I don't have the space... I don't have the space...

Toshi, it's been five days since you started this post and you haven't finished the 1/32 Mosquito yet.  Is everything alright?  Ha-ha-ha!  Just kidding.  I'm following this thread with great interest.  I can't wait to see more progress pics.  I've never been the biggest fan of British planes but the Mosquito always did look nice to me.  There's a 1/32 Mosquito sitting on the shelf of my local HobbyTown store and I've been so temped to get it.  I'd like to see how yours turned out and what you thought of it.

Keep up the great work!  Oh, and that is some wife you've got there!  My wife is very supportive of my hobby.  I know she'd do the same for me if I were in your shoes.

To Suomi39,

The only other RAF I've built was a Spitfire.  I had a blast with that.  I didn't realize how big this thing is, I'm going to have to hang it up.  LOL!

You're actually correct sir, I haven't been feeling all that great plus, this kit has some issues due to it's age.  It's a tough one!  Still, I think I can get her straightened out, I think?  LOL!

Sounds like you have a great Mrs. As well!

Thank you so much goldhammer!  No rush please.  At your leisure.  I just received my mask for the Stuka, so once this is done I have to go back to the Stuka and finish that off before I start on the 190.  Thank you once again for everything.  Have a very enjoyable and safe trip.

No, I went with a different scheme, it's a light grey blue dark green camo.
