This turkey will be like 150.00 I'm sure. It is one of the few jets I'd actually build though.

Lots of old Phantom II kits. Spooky demands a new Phantom II kit now.

Academy 1/48 B, J and C Phantoms are new molds and are amazing. I have built both the Academy B and J and are lightyears ahead of Hasegawa and the old Monogram/Revell F-4s that I had previously built.

Thanks I'll check them out.

Chasing the ultimate build.

Absolutely thrilled with the news of a Tamiya Tomcat. That is all.

I think they should have done a RF-8G crusader instead.

I think they should have done a RF-8G Crusader also.

Hey look at all the Tigers and Panthers, choice is good, something for every level of modeler.

I agree, I welcome a couple more manufactures of Tomcats!

AMK too, that ought to be spectacular,I'm hoping that the Tamiya fills a need for the less advanced a/c modeler like me.

Yea way too many kitties. It would have been cooler if they did a 1/48 Banshee.

LOL! No way. This old rumer was the butt of many jokes for over a year now. Guess the old original rumors had merit after all?? Kind of ridiculous though, we have Hasegawa, Hobbyboss, and now the new AMK one coming out, plus now Tamiya?

It's about time Tamiya makes a Tomcat. The HB 1/48 is VERY good and has TONS of underwing weapons so it will be interesting to see the reviews. The price is probaly going to be on the expensive side.
