Well, this would be the worst kit I have ever built I think. Typical Kinetic instructions that are vague and leave you guessing where parts go or wrong call outs.

The decals are supposed to be Cartograf, but are the worst decals I have ever used, even using my normal method of spraying down Klear before applying them, and using Micro sol, the walkways and tail insignia wrinkled so bad and did not set,  Ihad to sand back some areas and paint over. Some other decals did not even set at all and came off when I was wiping back the wash.

I only persevered with the build because I had put so much time into it and the kit is not exactly cheap, otherwise I would have binned it.

I used Tamiya, Gunze, Italeri and Vallejo acrylics, Gunze Lacquer and Metalizer, Flory dark dirt wash and Vallejo matte varnish

Not at all happy with the final result, but like I said, I finished it off because of the time I had put in to it

Bad kit notwithstanding, there must be a great deal of satisfaction in making a silk purse from a sow's ear. Your Greyhound looks incredible. TY for posting.

I'd be pretty happy to end up with something like that. Great job despite the issues you had with it!

Grant, I never would have known the kit gave you fits. It turned out great!!!

Although you had issues with this build, you still did a great job.  I'm impressed.

Grant, that's a very good lookin' model you've got here! Sounds like lots of work, but I say it was worth it! Good luck with your next builds and thanks for sharing, have a nice day

Grant, I think it turned out beautiful! Sorry to hear it was such a terrible kit. I have yet to build any Kinetic kits, but i'm hearing a lot of people say they have a lot of problems with them.

She looks good to me, nice work! I've got a few of the Kinetic F-16 kits, hope they go together with less issues.

The issues you encountered notwithstanding, you did a superlative job on this kit!

I have to say that this is a high testament to your skills and abilities given that you have turned out one stunning build from such an ill engineered kit. Your Greyhound really is very beautifully done. I am inpressed. Thank you for sharing your marvelous work with us.

I was going to suggest a firecracker, but you really did a great build despite the kit being less than stellar.

Hopefully your next build won't give you the issues this one did.

I must be completely missing what's not to like here unless the pictures are hiding something and as good as they appear to be, I doubt it. This is great!

Well done. Yes that kit has a really bad fit reputation.
