Finished the Hasagawa Nell (1:72).  These are quicky photos, indoors with flash and auto settings.

 

I can't do my outdoor photo backdrop shoots yet because I do not have a background appropriate for WW2 Japanese airfields. Working one. Say, you Japanese WW2 experts- what type of runways did they typically use on pacific islands?  Paved, gravel, sod?
