just want to share my first kit, a bad ass plane that needs no introduction.
This is my first work in building scale models. Everyting is hand painted as I do not have an airbrush. I used tamiya acrylics, tamiya enamels, gundam markers and mr Hobby for the topcoat.
The model is based on the 2003 Operation Iraqi Freedon. As you can see in my work, I have a lot to improve on, especially my decals.
The cockpit is not aligned and I am yet confused to build this on the ground or in flight.
The warthog decals need a little more work.
The bombs are a mix and match. The green is a custom mix. I overdone it by placing all bombs that is in the kit, rookie mistake.
Finally I decided to use neodymium magnets to I can rmove the wheels whenever I want to

Ready for flight? Maintainance?
I'm hoping for your comments/ suggestions and tips for my first kit.
If all goes well, I'll post more of my work.
