Hi everyone,
I have added the build list for in the Stealth GB post. 11 days to go and please grab the badge if you haven't already.
Well I plan on doing the Bronco 1/48 RQ/MQ1 Predator. I'm gonna use X-mas money for it. I have the 1/72 scale Predator that I did but it ended up becoming a test bed for techniques.
Building- (All 1/48) F-14A Tomcat, F-16C Blk 30, He 129
Welcome aboard! I'll post the list to Stealth GB in a couple of weeks and we'll get the ball rolling.
Please feel free to grab the badge.
Casper,
Would love to join. I have a 1/48 Panda F-35 Ijust picked up about a month ago.
Tom
Yeah I have been away from the Forums for a bit. I also have a 1/72 Italeri Comanche (I think it was supposed to be a "Stealth" helo?) We will see. I made some major progress on my own build today....so things are looking up!

YAY!
Some interest!
I was hoping someone else would come along soon, Welcome!
Around about Christmas or 10 participants (whichever comes first) I'll post in the Stealth GB the list and we can get the ball rolling Jan1st! BTW what scale is the build? Fell free to grab the badge from the Stealth GB
Casper:
I would really be interested. I am in the same situation as Medicman and Bish. I have my own GB that I haven't even "broke box" on and am still finishing some builds for another!
I have a Testors F-117 for the tally if you like. It may be a little while before any progress pics. I hear a Viper or 3 calling my name!
Casper the Chihuahua Thanks for joining, what was your first entry going to be?

Yeah this is a lot of fun! Almost as fun as building the model!! You are most welcome to join, Ok that makes 5 of us now I'm keeping a list until decent numbers then I'll add the roster to my first post in the actual GB thread.
I love the Horton's cross between a bat and a boomerang shape.
Casper man you hit the ground running, good on you my friend. If I can I have been wanting to build the 1/48 Horton Ho-29. So if that subject would fit in here and I can get my grimy mitts on one I would jump in here in a heart beat.
Randy So many to build.......So little time
im in the badge hasw ruined my 1st entry for it so il have to go with a 1/72 sr 71 iv also got a 48 scale f22 that i might do
No worries, which ever way you prefer. It might take a while, but i am sure it will pick up. I didn't think my GB was going any where and now it has alot of people on the list.
I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I figured I would just add a list of participants to the first post when I had them, I've seen a few threads like this, thnaks for the heads up.
Ye, i have seen that. That is the thread, and you have one post in it, yours. You can either make a second post to list those who are taking part or just add them to your first post. Have a look at a few other GB's to get some ideas.
Hi Bish,
I just made a GB titled Stealth GB, is this what you mean? Sorry I am a bit green with all of this.
You might want to quickly stick in another post for the participants before someone else posts there. Unless you are just adding people to the first post.
Thanks for the help Medicman and Bish, have gotten it off the ground lets see how it goes!
I have just started my first GB as host as well, and so far it seems to have gone really well. I would say that the more people who join the better, some are bound to drop out or not be able to make the build. I would suggest that once you decide on your rules, if any, you start a new thread. Have a look at some other GB's and see what format you think is best. I like the GB's where the first post says what the build is then a second post with who is takeing part. Might i also suggest that you open this up to any stealth, i believe that there are some kits of stealth ships, so you might get some of the ship guys in.
Well, thats just a few ideas, but i am sure what ever you do it will be a good one. Put me down but i won't commit to a kit yet. I have just had to do the same for another GB as i am up to my neck until around next August, and it all depends if i get deployed abroad at the end of next year.
Ok, how about a Jan 2011- Jan 2012 build that inlcudes all types of manned, un-manned and accidental stealth, educed cross section designs, all in service, canceled, prototype, in development or demonstrators.
All scales, Am or no AM, pretty much anything goes I think.
Anyone interested, got 2 takers already including myself, let me know and we should have a badge soon! :) (thanks Medicman)
That's up to you. Whoever signs up I guess.
Ok I'll start a list and then put it up when we have enough support. BTW this is my 1st time organising a GB, how many people do we really want on board?
Ok. I'm game. Gonna see if I can find that 1/48 Predator UAV. As long as it starts at the beginning of the year.
If you want to use that pic I can ask my wife to Photoshop the GB name or whatever into it. Just let me know.
Also this potential GB could be all of next year so allows (hopefully) plenty of time for at least one kit per participant!
Yup, I reckon manned and unmanned would be good. Accidental stealth would also be cool. I think more the merrier to keep options open!
I also have a question. Would you include those aircraft that were stealth by accident. I am thinking of some of the German Luft 46 projects such as the Horten IX. I do have the usually US stealth kits, F-117, B-2, SR-71, F-22, but just like to keep the options as open as possable.
Got a question. Do UAV's like the Predator count?
Love the badge, I was thinking of kicking this off for Jan 1 but I'll wait for more of a response. I'l def work the pic into the badge when it's time!
