OFF TO THE THEATER! - African Operations of World War II - 2021 GB
Posted by John 3:16 KJV on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 4:07 PM

GROUP BUILD DESCRIPTION:

Welcome, everyone, to the "Off to the Theater: African Operations of World War II" GB! This GB is for folks to build models of soldiers and/or equipment representing the real soldiers and equipment that participated not only in the North African Campaign, but also in every action that occurred in Africa during and/or in connection with the Second World War. That includes the Madagascar Campaign, and (though I know that it technically occurred before WWII officially began) Italy's war with Ethiopia. Have fun!

GROUND RULES:

Please,

-No foul language/rude behavior

-No scantily or not-at-all clad women on models

-Only models can be entered that fit within the guidelines of the GB description

-Crossovers and started kits allowed

-GB begins January 1, 2021, and ends December 31, 2021.

Alright I might regret this however put me down for a Dragon 1/35 Panzer IV Ausf. E. It’s one of the kits with over a thousand parts Dragon used to be renowned for. No need for any AM the kit includes everything needed. I do have a commander for it from Russia in transit and hopefully it shows up sometime next year.

Welcome to the build, guys!

Unfortunately, I was unable to update the roster...I try to save to edit but a blank page that says "Forbidden 403" at the top loads.

Any suggestions?

It will work swimmingly. I'll add your choice to the roster! With 1/48 armor, you could do a diorama with it and a plane if you wanted. Big Smile
