How would the votes be cast? The PM feature is still out.

Yeah, I think I have overcommitted myself for 2022 right now to run my own GB on top of it.  It seems there is interest, so when things clear up I will definitely run with this in the future!

Yeah mate, I'd intrested. Wouldn't sign up until I have a few off the bench though.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

This is tempting...

I'd be more inclined to join if crossovers were allowed, and it ran for a year.

I too would be interested in this type of GB.  Let me know when you need the list of 5 kits

Robert-I'd be interested in joining-I need some motivation.

Would cross overs be allowed?  I've committed to several GB's and this might help start the process-if not, I'm still interested.

Thanks

Bob

I am glad to see there is some interest with this!  Since this isn't a kind of GB that one can just join in midstream, we'd need a good number of entrants to begin with or I imagine it will fizzle out if goes over a whole year.  I would think 15 or more as an ideal.

Or I am of the mind that if there are 10 or less participants, it would only run for 6 months.

My warning would be with a shortened timeframe, choose your kits for the vote very carefully.  Wink

Sounds really interesting!  I'd love to join.  Sounds like a great way to break out of "Paralysis by Analysis" when staring at the kits on the shelf wondering which one will be next.

Because as we all know in modelling:  The "Next" one will be perfect.

I'd be interested, but not until next year.  Got too many on my hands now trying to finish before the end of the year.

Interested, but if I join I would be risking getting in over my head next year.

I remembered this type of build from years ago on a forum, perhaps here or perhaps elsewhere.

Basic gist is that each participant lists a number of kits in their stash, maybe 3 or 5, and the rest of the participants vote by a secret ballot on which kit will be built by each person.

Does this hold any interest for 2022?
