Models, Inc. Group Build 2022 (Join If You Dare)
This year, your ingenuity gets put to the test. If you have ever watched the Food Channel show Chopped, you'll know that competing chefs get to make meals which must include at least four specially chosen, mandatory ingredients no matter what dish each individual chef chooses to make. These ingredients may be hard to work with or easy; but either way, they must be incorporated into the dishes. In this group build, we will model in a similar manner! Here's how:
In this GB, three "ingredients" (see I'm going easy on y'all and not doing four) will be selected by myself and the first two brave souls who will dare to join this GB by volunteering in the comments below. After this is done, all modelers in this group build MUST incorporate the three selected ingredients into their models and/or dioramas somehow.
So, what specifically do I mean by ingredients? Unlike in Chopped, the ingredients aren't necessarily edible. What I mean by "ingredients" is certain elements that must be included in our builds. These elements could include things as easy as a specific color (i.e.-red), things as unique as to come from elsewhere than the modeling table (i.e.-something from your backyard), or things as difficult a specific animal. [I know not all specific animals are difficult, but they can be! One forum member suggested an octopus!] Let me know if you have any questions about the build. Ok, time for the:
