I got started on the Voodoo, not much done, gotta wait for the paint to dry and put down a couple of second coats:
I've done the fuselage prep. I didn't like how Hasegawa molded the camera windows as just a recess in the fuselage you glue the clear piece into, so I drilled and filed out all the window holes...
Here's a picture showing how I opened up the windows... I'm not sure if I'm going to use the kit windows, or use something like Krystal Kleer for the windows yet. Will decide that later in the build.
Not a good picture, I'm afraid, but I even opened up the nose camera window...
Here's what else has been done so far. The gear wells have gotten their first coat of green; the intake trunks have their first coat of FS36622 Grey (I think that's the color, references for me have been hard to come by), and I'm just waiting for the paint to dry before putting on the second coats.
