Do not make me beg you to submit this for publication,Seems like the correct way to build a dio. simple ,tells a story just by looking and grabs the eye and leads you around.

Shellback and Doog having my peers saying "WOW" is gold enough for me.
It's time to move along now, this one is history.

Tony, I totally smell an "AMPS Gold" on this one, no doubt.
Just simply spectacular. Wow, man, your work is just absolutely killer on this!

Thanks to you that followed along with my first journey into the unknown.
Wow !
Thanks big guy, I went where this man has never gone before and dang if I didn't make it back.
Big Thanks Again Terry
hi, Tony that dio is amazing. I had forgotten that you had treated us to the little panzer jäger 1. Your figure painting is excellent, the guy with the blue jumper really breaks up the whole scene.
Terry.
Thanks
Great job Tony Good to see you take that trip into the unknown. I'm just glad those guys know where there going now.
Rob
Thanks Bill now it's your turn while I catch up on the back log. You'll only be petrified for a short time, really.
Have a great weekend there buddy.
Very nice pairing Tony, they do look good together on the base and dio setting! Enjoyed following along with this one, you've nailed it for sure.
Now you know we are going to hold you to your bench clearing promise...there are a lot of fine builds as I recall patiently waiting for their turn since last year!
BP Models
Mikey i've got to clear the bench first before starting anything new.
Later
Now you need to build the Pak36 (r) towed 75mm(formerly 76mm) AT gun. There is a choice between Bronco and ICM.
On the workbench: Dragon 1/350 scale Ticonderoga class USS BunkerHill 1/720 scale Italeri USS Harry S. Truman 1/72 scale Encore Yak-6
The 71st Tactical Fighter Squadron the only Squadron to get an Air to Air kill and an Air to Ground kill in the same week with only a F-15 http://photobucket.com/albums/v332/Mikeym_us/
Mike I suppose i'll see if I can't clear some of these almost finished models off the bench,I need the room.
Catherine baked a Ham this years instead of a turkey so it's ham sandwiches, ham and eggs and ham and beans,I can see it coming.
Glad you like the project i'm kinda proud of it myself.
See Ya later I need to go clean up after the sand storm.
Tony.....uber nice.....very well done. A fitting post on Thanksgiving.
So after this journey into the unknown....where is the "Star Trek" of modeling headed next!!
Wit this "end of mission" I will mark this target and be waiting for your next fire mission.
Hope you and the Mrs. had a Happy Bird.....now it is the day after....leftovers....yummmm....turkey sandwich at the bench!!
Rounds Complete!!
"The Moral High Ground....A Great Place to Emplace Artillery."

Thanks Marc,it's coming together slowly but surely.
You be a good boy ya hear
Been awhile since checking in and went back a bunch of pages like Tread. But, like certain magazines I just looked at the pictures. And like certain magazines, I really liked what I saw
Marc
Well guys you know how the Army puts the new replacements on point right?
The guy in the new blue sweater that his mother sent him for those bone chillin nights get to ride on the front fender as bait.
Dang Tread you must like it to read all those pages and then give me one heck of a attaboy compliment.
Here' hoping it gets even better
Thanks one and all
Hi Tony : )
this is one of the most wonderful builds I have ever seen . Wonderfully thought out, wonderfully built and wonderfully painted..... no kiddin'...... I just read all 18 pages... it is the first German halftrack I ever really liked. Superior
tread
shoot low boys .. they're ridin' ponys.......... that's yer line
Tony,
Cool job on the figures so far! They'll definitely add an enhancement to your model. Nothing like some human interest and scale!
What's the thought behind the blue jacket, though? I'm not aware of any precedent for it. Is it just "dare to be different"?
Maybe you'll inspire Bill to try a figure or two.............
Crew looks sharp Tony, I can see why they've kept you busy. The blue jacket is a very nice touch...very eye-catching.
Thanks Greg, now I can't wait to see how they look on the SPG dio.
Take care buddy
Suddenly Jack doe's not seem so nimble. Great looking stuff there Tony.
You mean to tell me you've never played Leap Frog with fence post?????
Now you know where i've been folks.
Thanks Big Time fellows
Hey....nice to see you back. The figs look great.....except the second guy.....looking at where the stick is makes me run for my preperation H
Tony , long time no see .........i was wondering if you were going to be donig any more on this , figures will add a lot .
The crews for the dio are at least painted as of today, never thought I would see that day get here.
Let em dry, check them over one more time and then filters and washes.
Now I know why I never painted figures.
